INSTALLING THE HOB
The appliance must be connected to the supply using a
multipole switch with a minimum contact gap of 3 mm.
Important:
the power supply cable must be long enough to
allow the hob, even after connected, to be lifted out of the
worktop from above and turned over; the cable run must be
routed so as to avoid damage or overheating caused by contact
with the base.
Connection to the terminal board
Note:
the earthing wire (colour: yellow-green) must be
connected to the terminal marked with the symbol.
- Strip back the cable sheath (
B
) by about 70 mm.
- Strip approx. 10 mm of sheath from the conductors.
Insert the cable (

) through the opening in the cover (
A
).
- Insert the cable into the cable clamp and connect the
conductors to the terminal board as indicated in the diagram
printed on the cover.
- Secure the cable (
B
) in the corresponding cable clamp.
- Refit and secure the protective cover (
A
).
The electrical components must not be accessible after
installation.
The installer is responsible for correct electrical connection
of the appliance.
On completion of the electrical connection, fit the hob into the
worktop from the top and secure it by means of the clips as
